Our Service Appointment Process: Our Agenda Card
When our technician comes to your house, they will show you Our Agenda Card—pictured below. It shows the steps they’ll take throughout the entire appointment process. This way, you’re not left guessing what’s happening and what comes next.
- Look – Your technician will inspect the concern.
- Thorough Evaluation – They’ll investigate the likely causes of the problem along with key parts of the system.
- Options – They’ll give you a few options on how to fix your issue.
- Approval – You’ll go over the estimates and confirm which option you want.
- Today – The technician can get started on fixing your problem same-day.
- 5-Star Experience – Our technician will strive to provide you with a 5-star experience.
Let’s break these down further with some examples.
1. The Monkey Wrench Look Step
We call this the look step because that’s what we’re doing. Monkey see monkey do! This step is where we’ll inspect what you called us out for, such as:
- Leaks
- Toilet gurgling sounds

After we’ve gone through your choices, you can pick the option that best fits your needs. With your approval, we can get started with work the same day.

After we finish work for the day, we’ll collect payment and tell you the next steps, if any.

This step is more of a mindset we bring to every call and every step.
