Ingredients
- 16 oz macaroni (1 box)
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup finely diced red bell pepper
- 2 pickle spears finely diced
- 2/3 cup finely diced red onion
- 4 large hard boiled eggs, finely diced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon red wine or regular vinegar
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1/8 garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook entire box of pasta and set aside
- Mix all other ingredients together in a large bowl
- Once mixed, add in cooked macaroni and mix
- Place in fridge and let cool for 60 minutes
